I think the poem "To a Mouse" relates to "Of Mine and Men" because the mouse is like Lennie.  The way the author of the poem describes the mouse is weak and feeble, which is like Lennie's mind.  He talks about temptation and how he gets is trouble, just like what happened to Lennie.  Also, the mouse had this huge dream to have a nice, warm home made of green grass, just like Lennie did.  He dreamed of having a farm, with rabbits to tend to.  But, that was taken away by George, like the mouse's dream was crushed by the farmer.
