I think that bullying is definitely an issue in high schools today, but I don't think there is much more adults can do.  I think parents need to improve their behaviors because that is often why bullies are the way they are.  I also think all of this prevention is possibly making the bullying worse.  But honestly, back when my mom was in school there were no preventions, and people turned out just fine.  Of course, if you see a kid being bullied in the hallway, give them detention, give them consequences.  But I think preventing it is too far. I think bullying at SPHS is a minor issue.  There is definitely bulling, just like at every school, but I don't see it everywhere and everyday.
