I do not think Maine should cut MPBN's funding.  People who can not afford cable depend on these networks to inform them of what's going on in their state, without it it would be very difficult to find these important things out.  $1.9 million is a lot of money for a state broadcasting network though, so I think these costs should be slimmed down a bit.
